Germany should learn from the US and the UK so that ethnic minorities become more visible in media, culture, politics etc. Giving pre-school children with low German language skills a few hours of free creche a day is also important. All children starting school must be given the opportunity to master German before school start. This is about individual choice of the child, not the parent.
